Welcome to the 25th WSGA Women's Amateur Championship
CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS
Eligibility: Entries are open to amateur golfers who are female and who: (a) are members in good standing of a WSGA member club; and (b) have an active GHIN number and USGA Handicap Index, issued by a WSGA member club, not exceeding 16.4 at the time of entry.
Format: 54-hole individual stroke play (Gross only).
Age Limit: No age limit.
Handicap Limit: Women's Amateur Championship entrants must have an active GHIN number and USGA Handicap Index, issued by a WSGA member club, not exceeding 16.4 at the time of entry.
Field Limit: 48 (Field fill method: Exempt players followed by order of entry receipt.)
NOTE: The WSGA reserves the right to modify either championship in conjunction with the WSGA Senior and Super Senior Women's Amateur Championship and the WSGA Women's Mid-Amateur Championship to achieve a total field size of 120.
Entry Fee: $195.00
Entry Deadline: June 11, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. (PST)
Entry Includes: Three rounds of championship play, one hosted practice round, warm up range balls, tee prize, lunch following second round play, and Kusak crystal and medals for top finishers.
WSGA Performance Points:
- Women's Amateur: Awarded to Champion (100 pts.), Runner-up (75 pts.), Top-5 (50 pts), Top-10 (25 pts.), Top-15 (15 pts.), and Top-20 (5 pts.) finishers
Exemptions:
- Champion earns an exemption into the 10th Annual WSGA Champion of Champions being played at The Home Course in DuPont, WA in April of 2019.
- Champion earns an exemption into the 26th WSGA Women's Amateur Championship to be played in June of 2019.
- Champion earns an exemption into the 118th PNGA Women's Amateur Championship to be played in July of 2019.
